We are hiring for a Remote Sales Professional with a strong background in Property Managements and PropTech. Must have experience selling to Residential, Multi-Family and Property Management.

You will be calling to multifamily and affordable housing managers with the option to use a fully integrated, cost-predictable solution for receiving, processing, and reconciling application, lease, and amenity payments. Our payments solution is aligned with industry standards that meet the maximum level of security and compliance offering multiple funding options.
Functions And Responsibilities
- Generate, build and grow relationships between Property Management Companies
- Work with decision makers and influencers in the multifamily market by traveling throughout your territory, becoming their frontend leasing solution expert by building personal relationships and consistently and competitively securing new business/partnerships.
- Remain in close contact with other Sales team members, Account Managers and collaborating across additional brands and their teams throughout the country.
- Address prospects/client challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution.
- Learn and demo the solution to prospective clients.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brands in the marketplace
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of outside sales experience
- Familiarity with the Multifamily industry and can build additional relationships within those circles
- Proven success in outside sales as a true hunter, hitting and exceeding your goals
- Detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and practices and can speak to the why behind implementing various frontend software strategies across several channels
- Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc., and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
- Experience with sales in the FinTech industry a benefit.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
