What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERIEBANK, Business Support Manager - Hybrid position at CNB Financial Corporation?
To manage 1865 Wealth Advisors sales systems, including broker dealer client portal and trust platform. To assist Wealth Partners with client onboarding and servicing. To monitor online requests, notifications, and other aspects of the client relationship. To be proactive in supporting the brokerage and trust book of business.

PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT
Lead and support all Wealth Partners regarding prospecting, sales and servicing of 1865 Wealth Advisors business. Provide support with administrative duties during account opening. Provide a motivating work environment and give feedback on coworker’s performance. Advise, council, and mentor coworkers to ensure expectations are clear and employees are working towards established goals
FOSTER OUR CULTURE
Collaborate and support relevant company information, policies and procedures. Lead coworkers by mentor, developing, and training critical functions of Brokerage operations. Keep a positive attitude and promote team work to solve client’s needs.
DIGITAL AWARENESS
Initiate or assist in projects concerned with the development of new or the improvement of brokerage products, systems, procedures, and policies. Possesses and displays a positive approach in managing and embracing change. Research funds, products, and services offered by the broker dealer, vendors and assists in training the department on their uses and implementation.
FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Observe and facilitate the opening of new and terminating business. Assist the Brokerage & Insurance Program Manager in managing of costs associated with Wealth & Asset Operations. Works with OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) and BD (Broker Dealer) regularly on compliance and operational changes and communicate information in a timely manner to the team.
SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Takes advantage of relevant training and learning opportunities to further increase product knowledge. Looks for opportunities to improve upon processes and procedures. Stays up to date on current retirement account and investment account regulations. Voluntarily participates in elective courses, webinars, and other online learning. Circumstantial field related certifications may be available that would require annual travel.
Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual is required to perform each crucial job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience. preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of financial services or related experience (5 years preferred). Series 7 and life, accident and health insurance license preferred. A background check will be conducted. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, top management, board of directors, customers, regulatory agencies and the general public.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn word processing and office related software, excel, power point and any other computer programs for job function
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to seek practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret numerous instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Representative of those that must be met by an employee to optimally perform the essential functions of this job.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
