Day Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm
Located in Ontario, California, CNC Machining & Engineering specializes in high-precision CNC machining services for a wide range of industries. With a focus on robust solutions and expert craftsmanship, we deliver superior machining results tailored to your specific needs. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe (Miyano) and Mill (Brother Speedio) Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with both machines, be detailed oriented, and show leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machine performance throughout production runs to ensure quality and consistency for both CNC Lathe (Miyano)and Mill machine (Brother Speedio).
- Monitor tool life by observing and listening to machine operations to detect malfunctional tools and switch if need be.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines including cleaning and lubricant.
- Run multiple machines at one time.
- Check and inspect parts to make sure print specifications are met.
- Identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance parts; adjust controls of machine to correct errors.
- Conduct and run a first article inspected piece.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience with CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
- Must be able to use inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gauges and indicators.
- Must be able to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.
- Must be able to run machines with minimum supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented to avoid mistakes.
- Must follow company processes, such as start-times and end-times on ERP system.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
