What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Clerk position at CNC Oilfield Services LLC?
Job Description: Assist in transportation planning, monitor driver activities and welfare, and verify the accuracy of data within the scope of control. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work any assigned shift, and have excellent time management and communication skills. Transportation management and oilfield experience preferred. Daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining awareness of driver status and welfare using vehicle safety systems and other means.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with drivers, company operations teams, and customers.
- Using MS office suite and dedicated transportation management systems to assign, track, and record workflow.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data and supporting documents from load creation to completion.
- Any other duties assigned.
