As a Product Support Specialist - Precision Level 2, you will be part of our North American Product & Precision Support organization, providing technical support to CNH employees, dealers, and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be a technical resource for other members of the Precision Support team
- Build and maintain Technical Documents for current use with specific procedures for our customer/technicians in the field
- Work closely with other product & precision support teams, field sales managers, and quality teams to ensure timely resolution to technical concerns / issues throughout the crop year
