What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Counter position at CNH Industrial Reman?
As the Cycle Counter, you will assist the Inventory Control Specialist to make sure inventory numbers are correct and work to resolve any discrepancies. You will complete cycle counts according to policy and ensure we are within the acceptable range. You will complete a daily number of cycle counts as directed by the Inventory Control Team Lead. Corrective actions will be performed when inventory inaccuracies are outside the acceptable range. You will use Warehouse Load Handling Equipment to include sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

- Complete counts such as zero on hand, tool crib, negative hand, and location discrepancy per policy.
- Consolidate parts when spread out across multiple locations.
- Maintain Inventory Records.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Use load Handling equipment to move material.
- Basic understanding of warehouse location systems.
- Must be able to work well as a team

- High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED)
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Ability to work with computers and software systems, must wear all personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead
- Must be able to climb, Pull, Push, lift up to 49 pounds occasionally and lift up to 30 pounds constantly.
- Must be able to attain a forklift license
- Work in a non-climate-controlled area
- 1 year of experience in supply chain/warehouse
- Must have knowledge of arithmetic, and counting
- Must be able to use critical thinking skills, computer skills, and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to see details at close and far range.
- must be able to communicate orally and have manual and finger dexterity to grasp and move small parts.
