Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable motorcycle Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their motorcycles while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that all customers—whether in-store or online—receive expert guidance on their motorcycle needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories.
• Process orders, manage inventory, and handle shipments.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams.
• Operate point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Maintain organized displays and stay updated on motorcycle products, with enphasis on Harley-Davidson products.

Qualifications:

• Experience in motorcycle or automotive parts preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson motorcycles is a plus.
