The Deficiency Recovery (DR) Collection Specialist will work to obtain the best possible outcome for CNH Capital for accounts that have a deficiency balance or have been charged off, CNH Capital is a critical financing partner for the sale of CaseIH, Case Construction and New Holland equipment.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate information from various sources including customer financial information, future income potential or cost of legal pursuit to recover deficiency balances
- Evaluate and approve customer settlements based on the loss amount and the debtor's ability to pay, with approval as defined in the delegation of authority
- Seek recoveries on an assigned portfolio of deficiency receivables totaling $15M to $25M
- Negotiate and resolve deficiency or charged off accounts and address problems identified during the collection process
- Monitor select payments received to ensure appropriate application based on payment plans and settlements
- Work within the framework of established policies, procedures, and approval authorities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
The annual salary for this role is $48,000 - $70,400 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
