We are seeking a Design Engineering. This positin will be a technical expert for solution development of the Skid Steer Loader and Compact Track Loader and related products including the design, fabrication, testing and implementation of components and systems.
Responsibilities
- Participates as a member of a multi-functional product development team in order to achieve objectives
- Support development of investments, timing plans, risk assessments & mitigation plans
- Provide status updates to manager on activities assigned
- Lead the design, development and validation needs to achieve product definition and technical requirements
- Facilitates design review meetings, documents meeting minutes and tracks actions to closure for assigned projects
- Support prototype builds and product launches with technical expertise
- Offer innovative thinking, which explore industry “needs”, to build new opportunities and applications for the SSL/CTL products
- Utilize engineering methodologies, philosophies and tools to ensure robust root-cause, risk and mitigation analysis
- Remain current on engineering and construction and/or agricultural technological developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and membership in technical societies
- Support the CNH Industrial Focus Five priorities through your actions, ethics and communication
The annual salary for this role is $72,000 - $97,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering degree
- 3 plus years of engineering experience working with Construction, Agricultural, or related off-highway equipment
