We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all staff.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support project management initiatives within the HR department, including policy development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and employment labor laws in all HR practices.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics as needed for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative position is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment labor law and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in benefits administration and recruiting processes is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
