Provide admissions, registration, academic record and other information to students, faculty and the general public.Duties & Responsibilities
- Refer individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; and explain and interpret CNM information by telephone, in person and online.
- Perform general office responsibilities, which includes data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones and other clerical responsibilities.
- Perform other related similar tasks and level as assigned.
- Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience.
- Preference Bilingual English and Spanish
- Main Campus Mon-Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 8am-5pm
