Position Summary
On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company), this position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, onboarding and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
Essential Functions
Must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
- Manages candidate life cycle from initial application to hire.
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
- Develops methods to identify possible candidates.
- Maintains a pipeline of candidates and referral sources.
- Interviews candidates (in person), administers appropriate assessments, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for direct care positions within their territory.
- Creates and distributes onboarding tasks and material through HRIS system.
- Provides instruction to candidates on onboarding steps and assists with troubleshooting issues that arise throughout the process.
- Assists candidates in finding locations for pre-employment testing.
- Manages candidate documents and adds relevant skills/events data into HRIS system for compliance tracking.
- Updates Recruiting Tracker daily as candidate completes onboarding tasks.
- Maintains regular communication with candidates throughout the entirety of the onboarding process.
- Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
- Maintains communication with candidates upon completion of onboarding to ensure education is completed and orientation is scheduled and attended.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintains all personnel files in electronic format and completes audits when necessary.
- Supports the audit process: gathering employee information and providing timely responses.
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education/Training
Required:
- At least two (2) years of full cycle recruiting experience
Preferred:
- Full cycle recruiting experience within healthcare preferred, but not required
