Who Are We
Our company is an early startup based in Kansas City! The team is full experienced entrepreneurs who have built, scaled, and sold multiple B2B Saas companies.
At Full Out, we built our platform by interviewing gym owners to learn what they actually need. For too long, the gymnastics, dance, and cheer industry has been stuck with clunky, outdated systems that require workarounds. We’re excited to keep pushing the industry forward and giving owners the tools they deserve!
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Our team is small but mighty, we all work extremely close together to help every department reach goals.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in closing sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related experience.
- Knowledge on youth competitive sports programs is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are an early stage company, meaning goals are very important to ensure the future success! You must have high drive and do well under pressure.
The Account Executive role is a contract role with the potential to be hired full time on the team. Must be willing to work hybrid or come into the office as needed in Leawood, KS.
