Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience

Full-Time, In-Office Monday - Friday

Position Summary
On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), the Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department for the company.
Essential Functions
Employees must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
- Supports the onboarding and hiring process for new hires in coordination with the Corporate HR team.
- Coordinate and support New Employee Orientation.
- Process employee status change requests and upload documents in the HRIS system.
- Keeps employee files in the HRIS system up to date and performs internal audits annually.
- Coordinates with SLS Leadership and Human Resources on documenting and delivering staff corrective action.
- Support Corp Benefits and Compliance Specialist in Open Enrollment and State Audits.
- Process annual rescreening requirements: background, OIG, TB, fingerprinting, etc. as required by state and federal law.
- Monitors staff compliance – licenses & certifications.
- Answers office phone.
- Monitors incoming mail/faxes and distributes documents accordingly.
- Supports employee recognition: Holiday celebrations, birthdays, milestones, etc.
- Answers employee questions via email and phone regarding HR and general office questions.
- Accomplishes human resources department and administrative office related requests as needed.
- Support training for HR Admin Assistants, Onboarding and General Manager HR functions.
Requirements
Education/Training
Required:
- High school diploma
- Two (2) years of Human Resources experience; or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
