Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures, including foundations, sidewalks, and driveways.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required during concrete installation.
- Operate heavy equipment related to concrete work safely and efficiently.
- Read and and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Support carpentry tasks such as frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and drywall installation as needed.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in heavy lifting and physical endurance are essential for this role.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
