Job Title: Seasonal Office Sales & Estimating Associate

At CNY Sealing & Paving, we specialize in residential and commercial driveway sealing services. As we gear up for our busy season, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-friendly individual to join our team and support our sales and estimating operations.
Position Overview:The Seasonal Office Sales and Estimation Associate will generate cold sales calls, prepare and send estimates, and ensure timely, professional communication with customers. This role requires strong computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers.
Prepare and send accurate estimates for driveway sealing using company software.
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and job progress.
Follow up with leads and customers to convert estimates into booked jobs.
Assist with scheduling and coordination as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:Prior experience in sales, estimating, or customer service preferred. Proficient with computer software including email, spreadsheets, and estimating tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. Punctual and dependable, especially during peak season. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Schedule:Flexible hours available. Position runs from now through [late summer/early fall, depending on workload and weather.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
