Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist
Full-Time, Hourly, Tipton, MO
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team. This full-time opportunity joins a fast paced environment working in Human Resources. You'll be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining talent while fostering employee growth through strategic learning and development initiatives. The Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist works closely with the management team in support of human resources related issues and proactively forms partnerships to deliver value-added service to employees and management.
On a regular basis you will :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Assess training needs and design programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Work with managers and offer guidance on coaching, counseling, progressive discipline, performance management, and career development.
