Job Description: Strong execution of data and processes is required.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs. Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
Qualifications: T
he ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Inventory control: 5 years (Preferred)
- Inventory management: 4 years (Preferred)
- PO tracking & maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
- Filling rates: 5 years (Preferred)
- vendor communications: 5 years (Preferred)
- Associate Planner or Associate Buyer: 2 years (Preferred)
