Local Impact – Contribute to high-profile projects across South Florida! Job Type : Full Time Location : Miami, Florida Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:

  • Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
  • Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects
  • Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community
  • Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
  • Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary

Experience you will need:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
  • Ability to build relationships and relate to others
  • Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company safety standards
