- Conduct legal research

- Attend court conferences

- Prepare position statements and dispositive motions
- Juris Doctor
- 8 years of experience in employment litigation, either in-house or at a law firm
- Class or collective action experience or other complex litigation experience is a plus
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in either Oregon or Washington, or willing to relocate and licensed in another state
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
