The Coach Light Insurance Agency is seeking an Outbound Auto & Home Insurance Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! We are building a Brand New team in our Grandville location. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. We are a high pace environment with no time for cold calling.

Base salary is $2,000 / month. Top 60% of sales representatives are making between $70,000 - $90,000 with their base commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Train daily to perfect your craft
- Ensure all Clients and Prospects have an amazing experience!
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Take Live Transfers of prospects looking to buy new insurance policies.
- Ensure that our Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
Requirements
- Prior Sales Experience Required
- Prior Customer Service Experience a Plus!
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Drivers License
