- Taking drink and/or food orders: Accurately taking beverage or food orders from customers, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Cocktail preparation: Mixing cocktails according to established recipes, ensuring proper portioning of ingredients.
- Serving drinks: Promptly delivering drinks to customers at their tables, presenting them professionally.
- Upselling and suggestive selling: Recommending cocktails based on customer preferences and promoting specials
- Maintaining cleanliness: Clearing tables of empty glasses, keeping the service area tidy, and restocking supplies
- Cash handling: Accurately processing payments and managing cash transactions
- Customer service: Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing concerns promptly
- Communication with bartenders: Collaborating with bartenders to ensure timely drink preparation
