The Location Manager plays a crucial role in the leadership and development of the company. This position is responsible for the management of successful and growing RV Collision and Service Repair departments. The RV Collision Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers, clients and our team to ensure an excellent customer experience, achieving revenue generation and profitability as well as strategizing directly with owners to achieve long-term company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Manage Service Advisors, technicians and other team members
  • Possess the ability to make critical decisions as well as coach, mentor, and build a high-performance sales and service team
  • Manage profitability of each department while maintaining a focus on customer experience
  • Create and Maintain productive relationships with all insurance carriers and clients
  • Track and verify Technician efficiency and performance
  • Plan and manage company sales budgets
  • Generate and implement ideas to exceed sales goals and grow the business
  • Plan and assign daily job schedules to Technicians and Service Advisors
  • Recruit and train staff as needed
  • Ensure company policies and quality standards are followed by sales and service staff
  • Create timely and accurate production reports daily
  • Review and close all completed repair orders
  • Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, and P&L management
  • Conduct performance evaluations of sales and service staff
  • Enforce and maintain OSHA requirements, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain the facility and equipment
  • Conduct daily production meetings with retail and service departments
  • Requirements:
  • Comprehensive and successful leadership experience in the commercial or automotive collision repair industry
  • High Focus on Customer experience and interaction required
  • Persuasive and energetic attitude
  • Industry contacts and relationships a plus!
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain cool and collected in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office
  • Strong attention to detail required
