Coaction Real Estate, LLC is seeing a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, a strong understanding of real estate practices, and a customer-focused attitude. Preference will be given to candidates with a real estate broker's license or the ability to obtain one.
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Key duties include handling phone calls, emails, and client inquiries, as well as providing administrative support for real estate agents, including transaction management and document preparation. The role also involves organizing and maintaining office records, databases, and filing systems, overseeing office supplies and equipment and assisting with marketing efforts such as managing social media accounts and promotional materials.
The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and company policies. This includes supervising licensees associated with the firm, ensuring proper licensure, adherence to ethical standards and compliance with real estate laws. The Office Manager will oversee the use of approved real estate forms, supervise trust account management and ensure agents fulfill their duties related to real estate transactions.
