Overview
Coad Toyota of Paducah is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant. As Sales Consultant, it’s necessary to provide a first-class customer experience, in addition to excellent customer follow-up. The candidate we are seeking is passionate, energetic, and motivated. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of inside and outside sales experience, with a strong focus on customer service and account management. This position will be a 5-day work week that will include every Saturday, with one day off during the week. The dealership is closed on Sundays. The position will be comprised of a base salary (DOE) plus commission.
Hiring is based on background check, drug screen, and driving record results.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer accounts, and reporting on market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market penetration and growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong skills in negotiating and closing sales effectively.
- Experience in both inside sales and outside sales environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with account management practices to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Ability to conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
