You will work closely with stakeholders to implement business requirements, maintain system integrity, and enhance the overall Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Cloud Setup & Configuration: Design, implement, and configure Experience Cloud sites based on stakeholder requirements
- Salesforce Administration: Perform routine backend configurations, including sandbox refreshes, picklist value updates, and field additions to meet evolving business needs
- Einstein Agent Configuration: Set up and fine-tune Einstein AI for improved agent productivity and customer support automation
- Omni-Channel & Omni-Supervisor Configuration: Configure and optimize Omni-Channel routing and Omni-Supervisor dashboards to enhance case management and workforce efficiency
- Customization & Optimization: Implement custom configurations to align Salesforce functionalities with business objectives
- System Maintenance & Support: Ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer and/or Consultant
- Hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud, Einstein Agent, Omni-Channel, and Omni-Supervisor configuration
- Strong experience in Salesforce backend configuration, including picklist updates, field additions, and sandbox management
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Consultant certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Previous experience with management software, preferably Jira
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
