What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Program Manager position at Coalfield Family Services?
Coalfield Family Services just recently gained the status as a Licensed Behavioral Health Center. In doing so, it will require we train our staff on several new things, develop new forms, hire more staff and reach out to the community to drive more consumers, to our agency. We have decided to develop a new position within the company for all these things.
The work will be broken down so that 50% of your time you will be seeing clients/billing for services and the rest would be to develop trainings, teach them, recruit staff, audit charts and build a parthership with our community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
