As a Marketing Coordinator at COAR Design Group, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing, branding, event, and business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will support our outreach efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and foster collaboration within our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and organizing marketing content to enhance COAR’s brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create, schedule, and manage engaging social media posts.
- Support internal and external branding initiatives, championing company culture and engagement.
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
- Design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, presentations, social media graphics, and other branded content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
Business Development & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assemble and develop interview materials, including presentations and leave-behinds.
- Track and maintain the organization of current pursuits and business development efforts.
- Respond to and provide various marketing materials for pursuit opportunities.
- Research potential projects and clients to support business development initiatives.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute company events, including internal activities, external engagements, conferences, and job fairs.
- Support networking and community engagement efforts that strengthen COAR’s industry presence.
Content Development & Writing
- Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading various marketing and business development materials.
- Assist or lead the preparation of award submissions to highlight COAR’s achievements.
General Marketing Support
- Provide support on miscellaneous marketing projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or architecture-related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing social media and digital marketing tools.
- Strong writing, communication, and graphic design skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and design.
