Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Coordinator at Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events including rodeos and weddings, communicating with clients and vendors, providing top-notch customer service, overseeing event logistics, and contributing to event sales. The role is based in Coarsegold, CA, with options for remote work.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills within the wedding and rodeo industries
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales
- Organizational and Problem-Solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Creative thinking and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of the equestrian or western events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
