AUTOMOTIVE SALES - Commerical / Fleet Business Development Director for Coast Buick GMC Cadillac
Position Overview : The Fleet Director will be responsible for overseeing the management, sales, of Coast Automotive Fleet.
This role includes managing inventory, handling customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting sales targets for fleet vehicles.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, sales, and organizational skills to effectively drive the growth of the dealership's commercial sales department. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fleet Sales & Management : Oversee the daily operations of the fleet department, including managing fleet inventory, and ensuring that the fleet is adequately stocked to meet customer demands.
- Customer Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, businesses, and government agencies purchasing fleet vehicles.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
Maintain high standards for vehicle quality and ensure the timely completion of all transactions.
Promote a positive, customer-focused culture.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet inventory, sales, and financial performance.
