What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Coast Cabins?
Established top ranking Manzanita lodging property in search of a professional living within immediate proximity to Manzanita. Ideal candidate must be well versed in superior customer service, have a background in hospitality and be familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of reservation system software applications would be ideal. A knowledge of and passion for the immediate area is expected. A valid Drivers License is required. Semi professional attire is required.
Primary job responsibilities include reservations, customer service, quality control/ arrival preparation, management of housekeeping staff between multiple properties, emergency (after-hours) contact, handling cash and card transactions, sales, guest services and daily accounting. Suitable verbal and written communication skills are expected.
Position is part to full time. Generally 20 hours per week depending on season. Compensation is hourly incentive/ commission cell phone stipend gym membership. Serious inquiries only please.
