It is a huge responsibility and takes a coordinated effort from the whole team to accomplish this, especially our Operations Team.
Job Description:
The Operations Specialist Part-Time is responsible for overseeing the success of the daily flight schedule, ensuring customer service needs are met, monitoring student training progression, maintaining customer retention, managing the aircraft to meet the pre-determined metrics (aircraft hours, instruction hours, student load, etc).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point of contact and scheduler for all customers and manage their flight training availability
- Tracking customer flight training progression
- Billing and invoicing customers
- Monitoring customer funds on account
- Completing daily and weekly reports
- Monitoring Day of flight operations
- Audit the company’s scheduling system for correct customer session logs, billing, and training information
- Coordinate with maintenance to manage the predictability of aircraft usage and address aircraft discrepancies
- Coordinate with all departments and customers to ensure maximization of resource availability
- Maintaining daily housekeeping of facilities
