We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers with support related to day-to-day operations with variety of service related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls, customer inquiries and resolution
- Provide information about the products and services
- Working with Community Association Manager to provide administrative support
- Issue and track work orders for community maintenance and repairs
- Track and manage applications submitted by homeowners
- Manage building key/ gate remote distribution
- Take order requests and track order status
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Communicate with customers on phone and meet service expectations
- Other related duties as requested by site manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Strong customer service experience -1 to 2 years preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
