Production Operator I
The Production Operator I works with a safety and collaborative mindset. The Production Operator I produces quality materials while meeting high-quality standards.
Production Operator I Duties:
- Produce specific/ custom orders by following the batch sheet recipe
- Fill out paperwork with proper lot numbers and products
- Pull batch samples for the lab and add required material additions
- Clean bulk tankers, blending vessels, and other equipment
- Follow manufacturing procedures and fill out Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Unload bulk tankers to storage tanks, totes, or drums
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials
- Follow Q7 GMP guidelines, SOPs, and other stated requirements
Production Operator I Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial or production experience
- Ability to work around hazardous chemicals, and wear all necessary personal protective equipment
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to read and comply with work directions, training manuals, safety rules, standard operating procedures, and World Class Manufacturing processes
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability and flexibility to work, a day or night shift and additional overtime as needed
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.

- Monday – Thursday
- Shifts: 3/12 or 4/10 (Alternating)
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
