What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer position at Coast to Coast General Contractors?
Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Compensation: Based on experience.
Employment type: full-time
Fast paced construction environment is looking for a candidate to fulfill the following duties for a busy General Contractor located in South Florida. The individual selected for this position must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Prior construction administration experience necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Must have experience working on concrete restoration projects.
-Must have experience with paint coatings and waterproofing systems.
-Must Attend construction Meetings.
-Reading Plans
-Performing Take offs
-Must perform site visits and take field measurements
-Create proposals
-Perform clerical and administrative duties which include preparation of proposals, contracts, correspondence and reports.
-Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word & Outlook programs.
-Strong proofreading, editing and English grammar are required.
-Support staff and project managers.
- Hands on professional with exceptional organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced, deadline-driven, ever-changing environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- MUST be punctual & reliable.
-Position is Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
