Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of aluminum handrails, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install products according to specifications and company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including a tape measure, construction calculator and power tools
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools, materials are stored properly after use and keep an inventory of all parts.

Skills

• Proficiency in using a tape measure and other relevant tools for installation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols related to installation work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
