Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for interacting with our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in person. They will provide exceptional service, process orders, address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the timely and efficient resolution of issues. The representative will also maintain customer accounts, provide detailed product information, and support various administrative tasks within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and in person, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and professional service.
- Process and confirm customer orders from both retail and wholesale clients, ensuring all necessary details are gathered.
- Provide detailed product information to customers, including features, benefits, and updates on upcoming products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist or department.
- Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Arrange shipping for all customer orders and coordinate logistics as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments in the system.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing office documents, posting to company social media outlets, and supporting the office with additional tasks as needed.
- Make product suggestions to meet customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in the creation of new customer accounts, obtaining the necessary details and verifying information.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of organization and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide solutions quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with RetailPRO is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A positive, pleasant demeanor with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and department heads.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage tasks independently.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A Experience in Customer service. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
