Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in every aspect of our management process. As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with our experienced managers to learn the ropes and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales management, including monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
-Adopt company culture and processes to ensure not only your success but also the team's success
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, including phone etiquette and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Eventually participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team, or at least the desire and willingness to learn and grow into this role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
