We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and coordinating various office activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling calls
- Oversee general office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide clerical support by preparing documents, reports, and remtal contracts.
- Checking vehicles in & out, tracking reimbursements such as tolls, gas, tickets & parking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
