The Specialist for Materials Resource Management is responsible to the Office Manager/Payroll Technician in maintaining efficient and productive departmental operations providing technical assistance for the division. Perform clerical duties in support of the operational functions of the Continuing Education Division, to include but not limited to: processing travel requests and reimbursements; preparing and tracking purchase requisitions and check requests; registering students and imputing student information; handling cash, monitoring and replying to the Continuing Education general email account.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
High School diploma or equivalent, required. Two years' experience delivering clerical support, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, required. Experience with Adobe In-Design and Colleague, preferred. Associate Degree, preferred.
