Conduct direct outreach to students who are enrolled in dual-enrollment pathways (i.e., CCP/Career and College Promise Program) in collaboration with College Liaison/Recruiters, as well as create methods for monitoring and recording direct outreach, student retention, and persistence initiatives. Connect CCP students to support services and resources, and promote ongoing student engagement and retention strategies through the use of various communication tools, including but not being limited to email, phone or virtual platforms. This is a daytime, 20-25 hour per week position with some scheduled evening work and local travel required.Salary: $18.00 per hour. Standard working hours are 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.Start Date: March 3, 2025.Closing Date: February 2, 2025 or open until filled.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Associate's degree; excellent oral and written communication skills; Microsoft Office skills; and experience with digital learning, computing, and sharing platforms, and computer operating systems, required. Bachelor's degree preferred, and experience working in a high school or community college educational setting, preferred.
