Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with patients and addressing their needs. You will assist with;
- Activation
- Username/Password help
- Proxy assistance
- Scheduling/messaging connections
- Where to find information in MyChart (i.e., notes)
- When to expect test results to be visible in MyChart
- How to pay bills online
Requirements
- Candidate MUST have experience in EPIC/MyChart
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
