Summary
CCHC Imaging Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Coastal Carolina Health Care. This role is essential in delivering exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and assistance throughout their healthcare journey.
2 Positions Offered:
6:45AM - 3:30PM
9:00AM - 6:00PM
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure accurate appointment records.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer systems.
