Job Description:
Coastal Childcare is seeking an experienced and caring Full-Time Nanny to provide dedicated childcare for a family in Moyock, NC, starting mid-June 2025. The nanny will be responsible for the care of an infant in a loving, supportive, and educational environment. This is a long-term position for an energetic, creative, and patient caregiver who values gentle parenting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, reliable, and nurturing care for an infant.
- Follow the family’s established daily routine and schedule.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times.
- Maintain open communication with the family.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of childcare experience (more experience preferred).
- Must be energetic, creative, and engaging with children.
- Must be loving, patient, and kind, with a focus on gentle parenting.
- CPR certification required (or willingness to become certified).
- Safe Sleep Training required (or willingness to complete if working with infants).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and random drug testing.
