- Lead and Motivate: Manage a team of cleaning professionals by hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching them to deliver top-notch results.
- Train for Excellence: Master Coastal Clean’s processes and teach others to meet our high standards.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of properties, stepping in as a hands-on cleaner when needed.
- Problem Solve: Address customer feedback with professionalism and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Stay Organized: Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate and Inspire: Foster a team culture of positivity, teamwork, and pride in a job well done.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: You have experience managing and training teams in residential cleaning or similar roles.
