We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various vacation homes. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness in custodial areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
