Duties
- Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of public health issues and addiction counseling services.
- Manage social media platforms to promote events, share success stories, and engage with the community.
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Lead fundraising efforts to support community programs and initiatives.
- Recruit, supervise, and train volunteers or interns to assist with outreach activities.
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to foster partnerships that enhance community resources.
- Organize events and workshops that educate the public on relevant health topics and available services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative tasks related to program development and community outreach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Experience in social media management and digital communication strategies.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with addiction counseling principles is preferred but not required.
- Background in public health or related fields is advantageous.
