What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Laborer position at Coastal Companies LLC?
Coastal Companies is looking to add several full time carpenters to our Quonsett Point Division. Professionals looking for consistent year round employment are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must pass a Government Background Check.
We are looking for those experienced in the following areas:
- RI Building Codes
- Frame to Finish Experience within wood, steel and concrete structures
- Ability to read and understand design prints
- Use of carpentry hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, squat, stoop and lift
- Commercial door installation
- General Facilities Maintenance
- Snow Removal
This position is a direct report and all needed work vehicles, PPE and equipment will be provided. We ask that you provide a positive and engaging attitude as we continue to develop this addition to Coastal Companies LLC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
