The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are visually appealing and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain and operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Irrigate landscapes as needed to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal when necessary.
- Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil conditions and plant health.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and equipment properly.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical equipment is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of horticulture practices including tree care and irrigation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
