Skills Needed to Win:

- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, network troubleshooting, and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A client-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Proficiency in using help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Proven experience managing Google Workspace environments, including user and group management, security settings, application integration, and troubleshooting.
- 4 years in IT related field.
- Hands-on experience with both physical hardware systems and cloud services
- Commitment to learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
